Fit check
Three minutes now, or another renewal spent guessing.
Answer a few questions about your plan as it stands today and we will tell you plainly whether your group is a candidate for a self-funded or level-funded structure — and if it is, roughly what that is worth. No presentation, no discovery call before the answer. The answer first, then you decide whether there is anything else to talk about.
01
A straight yes or no
Whether your headcount, your funding today and your renewal history actually support a move this year. Not a maybe, and not a meeting to discuss whether to have a meeting.
02
A range, not a slogan
Where groups of your size and shape typically land, and which levers are doing the work — underwriting margin, pharmacy rebates, plan design, network. You will be able to see where the number comes from.
03
The next step, if there is one
What we would need to firm it up — usually a census and your current rates — how long that takes, and when it has to happen relative to your renewal date. Timing is most of this.
Sometimes the answer is no. Some groups are too small, some are mid-contract, some are already priced better than we could do. We would rather say so in one email than spend six weeks arriving at it together.
Nothing here starts a sequence. Your answers go to an advisor, not a marketing list. If the answer is no, that is the end of it — and you still get the reasoning.
Tell us about your plan as it stands.
Company details, funding today, renewal timing. If you do not know a number, “not sure” is a real answer.
What happens next
Nobody calls you eleven times.
The most common reason people do not fill in a form like this one is a reasonable fear of what arrives afterwards. So here is exactly what happens, and what does not.
01
A person reads it. Not a router.
Your answers go to an advisor here, not into a queue to be scored and distributed. Nothing is automated except the notification that it arrived.
02
One business day. One reply.
Email or a call, whichever you asked for. It contains the actual answer — candidate or not, the range we would expect for a group like yours, and what we would need to confirm it. The answer is in the first reply, not held back for a meeting.
03
You decide whether there is a step three.
If you want real numbers, we ask for a census and your current rates and come back with a modelled comparison against your renewal. If you do not, that is genuinely the end of it.
Your information
What you send us stays with us.
We do not sell or share your data
Not to carriers, not to lead aggregators, not to anyone. It exists to answer your question.
Census and claims data moves under agreement
If we get to the point of needing employee-level data, that happens under a confidentiality agreement and in a secure transfer — never over ordinary email.
No drip campaign, no newsletter by default
Submitting this does not subscribe you to anything. If you want the renewal reminders, you have to ask.
Ask and we delete it
If you decide not to go further and would rather we did not keep the file, say so and it goes.
Would rather just talk? Call 212.388.6754 and ask for a plan review. You will get the same answer, in about the same amount of time, without typing anything.
Already mid-renewal and short on time? Say so in the last field. If your renewal is inside sixty days there is usually still a version of this that works, but the sequencing changes and it is worth knowing that now rather than in week three.
Nothing on this page is an offer of coverage or a quote, and no answer we give before reviewing your census and current rates is binding. It is our honest read on whether a change is worth pursuing for your group, given what you have told us.
